Pioneer-Selection-Ltd in Freuchie is seeking an Engineering Team Manager to lead a highly automated manufacturing site. You will balance leadership with hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance across fully automated machinery to maximise uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance within a fast-paced industrial factory.
• Proven experience managing or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the engineering team whilst remaining hands-on with electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance across automated production machinery.
• Ensure maximum uptime, reliability and efficiency across the site.

Job Role of the Engineering Team Manager

You will be responsible for managing and leading the engineering team, whilst also remaining hands-on and involved in electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance across a range of fully automated production machinery. You will play a key role in ensuring maximum uptime, reliability and efficiency across the site.

• Electrical and Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
