Pioneer Selection Ltd. in Freuchie, Scotland, seeks an Engineering Team Manager to lead and develop the engineering function within a state-of-the-art, fully automated manufacturing facility. You will stay hands-on with electrical maintenance and fault-finding across automated production machinery while steering the team to high performance.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.

Job Role of the Engineering Team Manager

You will be responsible for managing and leading the engineering team, whilst also remaining hands-on and involved in electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance across a range of fully automated production machinery. You will play a key role in ensuring maximum uptime, reliability and efficiency across the site.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Team Manager

• Electrical and Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance within a fast-paced industrial factory.
