Job summary
Hunter Selection is partnering with a leading manufacturing business in Bristol seeking an Engineering Team Leader to drive the engineering function and shift performance. You will lead and develop a team of up to 5 engineers, coordinate planned maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance across the site.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Engineering qualification (Level 2 or above).
- Experience leading, mentoring or supervising engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of up to 5 engineers.
- Coordinate and oversee planned preventative maintenance activities.
- Support rapid response to breakdowns and minimise production downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities.
- Ensure engineering standards, safety and compliance are maintained.
- Work closely with the Maintenance & Engineering Manager to improve site performance.
