Job Description

Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer or Supervisor seeking a varied, hands-on role with long-term security and progression potential? This is a great opportunity to step into a senior position within a well-established AC firm working on high-end residential projects across London.

You will lead a small team, oversee installation quality, and support surveyors and engineers throughout each project lifecycle. The company has been operating successfully for decades, known for delivering quality service and maintaining strong client relationships. They offer a close-knit, supportive environment where staff are valued and developed long-term.

The role involves splitting your time between the road and office, handling pre-install meetings, final surveys, site support, and issue resolution across residential AC projects. It is a senior role with responsibilities but remains very much hands-on within the team.

This position is suitable for a senior HVAC engineer or supervisor experienced in VRF/split systems, ductwork, and ventilation—someone who values stability, professional respect, and varied daily work.
