Engineering Supervisor - HVAC
50,000 - 58,000 + Overtime + Company Car + Training + Company Benefits.
London (Commutable from: Watford, Croydon, Romford, Slough, Twickenham, Brentwood)

Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer or supervisor looking for a varied, hands-on role with long-term security and progression potential?

This is a great opportunity to step into a senior position within a well-established AC firm working on high-end residential projects across London. You'll lead a small team, oversee installation quality, and support surveyors and engineers across the lifecycle of each job.

The company has been operating successfully for several decades, known for delivering quality service and maintaining strong client relationships. They offer a close-knit, supportive environment where staff are valued and developed over the long term.

You'll split your time between the road and office, handling pre-install meetings, final surveys, site support, and issue resolution across residential AC projects. It's a senior role with responsibility but still very much part of the hands-on team.

This role suits a senior HVAC engineer or supervisor with experience in VRF/split systems, ductwork, and ventilation - someone who values stability, professional respect, and varied day-to-day work.
