Engineering Supervisor – Electrical Bias

Salary: £48,000

Location: Chester

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

The InVictus Group is recruiting for a Supervisor seeking a new opportunity to work on a prestigious contract in Chester, based in an exciting building. The successful candidate will oversee a team of 4 engineers and ensure all duties are completed to a high standard. You will be responsible for ensuring all PPMs and reactive duties are completed and checked, and for reporting any issues to senior management.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise a team of 4 engineers.
2. Respond promptly to all enquiries on site.
3. Carry out maintenance and repair work, ensuring the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs.
4. Follow planned preventative maintenance procedures and report any issues to the contract manager.
5. Maintain good relationships with clients and external customers.
6. Perform defect rectifications, ensuring all safety and performance standards are met in accordance with the contract.

Requirements

• Supervisory or lead experience.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Ability to provide references.
• 17th Edition qualification.
• City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations qualification.
