Job summary

Ahands-on Engineering Maintenance Supervisor role in Falkirk with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. This dayshift position supports proactive and reactive maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, providing engineering advice and coaching to teams and projects.

The ideal candidate will have detailed engineering knowledge of manufacturing equipment, a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent, and an electrical engineering background with hands-on manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a good communicator.
• Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment.
• Recognised apprenticeship qualification or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline.
• Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to KPIs; Manufacturing background preferred.
• Must be or have been an electrical engineer with hands-on experience within manufacturing.

The Role:
