Job summary

Escape in Falkirk is seeking an Engineering Maintenance Supervisor on a dayshift to lead a small team of engineers and drive proactive and reactive maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing site. This is a hands-on role within the engineering function.

You will provide hands-on leadership, coaching and problem solving, participate in manufacturing improvement project teams to meet KPIs and optimise equipment reliability, and communicate effectively across shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• Must be a good communicator.
• Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment.
• Recognised apprenticeship qualification or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline.
• Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIs.
• Manufacturing background required.
• Must be or have been an electrical engineer with hands on experience within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering advice and coaching where necessary.
• Manage and/or participate in manufacturing improvement project teams.
• Lead a small team of engineers within proactive and reactive maintenance in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• This is a hands on role within the engineering function.
