Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Limited is recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor in Ammanford on a 4 on 4 off days/nights shift. You will lead a team of 8 engineers responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of equipment to ensure production runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a supervisor role, strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills, and a proactive approach within a safety-focused environment. On-site parking is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multiskilled Engineer with ≥2 years in a Supervisor role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
• Relevant engineering qualifications.
• Proactive problem-solving and good communication.
• Team player with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to conduct planned and reactive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Collaborate with the team to improve process efficiency.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
