About The Role

The Engineering Supervisor will deliver a proactive engineering strategy through the maintenance team, focusing on planning and scheduling preventative maintenance tasks. You will manage stock levels for maintenance supplies and oversee service contracts to support the maintenance team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement a proactive maintenance strategy.
2. Support shift teams during critical factory issues to minimize downtime.
3. Plan daily activities for shift teams via team leaders.
4. Manage parts inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
5. Continuously improve maintenance systems.
6. Support short-term strategic planning, including weekend and daily tasks.
7. Ensure timely completion of inspections and corrective actions.
8. Manage service contracts and oversee service providers.
9. Contribute to environmental improvement initiatives.

Hours of Work

4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, 7am to 7pm
