Job summary

PD Ports is recruiting an Engineering Stores Person to join the Tees Dock team in Middlesbrough. You will manage engineering stores inventory, perform goods-in inspections, liaise with suppliers and support engineering and operations to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.

Applicants should have experience in stores or warehouse environments, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with ERP/inventory systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores, inventory, warehouse or engineering stores environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritise workloads.
• Experience using inventory management systems and ERP software, plus Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering stores inventory, monitor stock levels and maintain records.
• Liaise with suppliers to expedite orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Support engineering and operational teams by ensuring resources are available and stock data is accurate.
