Anglian Water Group Ltd. seeks an Engineering Standards & Governance Lead to define and maintain maintenance standards for Bioresources assets, including CHP, gas, SRP and sludge treatment.

Qualifications

• Engineering, maintenance or asset-management background in industrial utilities or process environments.
• Ability to interpret engineering requirements and translate them into standards and procedures.
• Experience developing or governing maintenance standards and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop engineering maintenance standards for Bioresources assets (CHP, gas, SRP, sludge).
• Apply risk-based thinking to ensure standards are practical and robust.
• Ensure standards meet OEM, statutory, regulatory and process safety requirements.
• Embed standards into maintenance plans, procedures and asset-care activities with engineers and suppliers.
• Provide technical governance, identifying risks, variances and improvement opportunities.
• Define and maintain engineering competency and authorisation requirements.
• Build resilience across specialist engineering skills and out-of-hours maintenance capability.
• Shape future capability with new tech, digital and predictive maintenance.
