Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a QA professional to perform thorough manual and exploratory testing across Salesforce and web applications, with an emphasis on risk-based testing and regression coverage. You will collaborate with the QA lead and engineering to elevate testing standards.

You will contribute to automation efforts using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Nightwatch.js, Cypress, Playwright), help extend the automation framework, and prioritize coverage based on commercial risk while ensuring

• Strong hands-on manual and exploratory testing across web applications and CRM/Salesforce environments.
• Experience automating tests using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Nightwatch.js, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience with API and integration testing, including validating data flows between Salesforce, web apps and third-party systems.
• Comfortable splitting time between hands-on ticket testing and automation work.

• Experience with API and integration testing, including validating data flows between Salesforce, web applications and third-party systems
• Comfortable splitting time between hands-on ticket testing and automation work
• Comfortable manually testing tickets and contributing to an automation framework
• Collaborative approach that complements and supports the existing QA lead's automation strategy
• Pragmatic prioritization of automation while maintaining day-to-day Salesforce and Web coverage
