Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a QA professional to perform thorough manual and exploratory testing across Salesforce and web applications, with an emphasis on risk-based testing and regression coverage. You will collaborate with the QA lead and engineering to elevate testing standards.

You will contribute to automation efforts using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Nightwatch.js, Cypress, Playwright), help extend the automation framework, and prioritize coverage based on commercial risk while ensuring

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on manual and exploratory testing across web applications and CRM/Salesforce environments.
• Experience automating tests using JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Nightwatch.js, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience with API and integration testing, including validating data flows between Salesforce, web apps and third-party systems.
• Comfortable splitting time between hands-on ticket testing and automation work.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough manual and exploratory testing across relevant Salesforce and Web tickets.
• Apply risk-based testing according to the nature and impact of each change.
• Prioritize regression testing beyond happy-path checks.
• Extend and complement existing AIO automation.
• Identify additional tooling or approaches for better coverage or maintainability.
• Work alongside the QA lead on hands-on automation builds.
• Collaborate with QA lead and engineering to raise QA standards across tooling and process.
• Partner with Business Systems and engineering leads to prioritize coverage based on commercial risk.
• Report to Business Systems Engineering leadership on release risk and quality metrics.
