Qualifications

• Fully qualified in electrical or mechanical discipline; C&G, HNC, HND or higher.
• Strong understanding of building management systems (BMS).
• Experience managing large engineering teams in high-profile environments.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical issues across the building.
• Oversee KPI and SLA delivery.
• Lead H&S and environmental performance on site.
• Plan and manage building shutdowns and client works.
• Recruit and develop on-site staff with annual appraisals.
• Maintain client relationships and prepare regular reports.
• Identify and pursue additional business opportunities to grow contract revenue.
