Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions in the City of London seeks an Engineering Services Manager to lead the on-site maintenance for a high-profile legal premises. This role focuses on ensuring M&E services are delivered to an excellent standard with minimal disruption.

You will manage an on-site team and coordinate technical issues, permits to work, KPI/SLA guidance, and health and environmental performance while planning shutdowns and generating reports.

Qualifications

• Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline; C&G, HNC, HND or higher.
• Strong understanding of building management systems.
• Experience of service delivery in high profile commercial environments.
• Previous experience of managing contractors.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.
