The role combines customer service, order processing, quotations and account administration, with ownership of workload to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or similar commercial role.
• Experience using an ERP or MRP system.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and respond to enquiries regarding orders, pricing, lead times and deliveries.
• Prepare quotations and sales documentation.
• Process customer orders accurately using the ERP system.
• Monitor orders and keep customers updated on progress.
• Liaise with Sales, Operations, Finance and Logistics to resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing and commercial records.
• Support sales reporting and identify opportunities to improve processes.
