Job summary

Reed in Sheffield is seeking a Recruitment Consultant - Engineering to own the Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment desk for the North of the UK. The role pays £27,500 to £35,000 DOE plus uncapped commission, is full-time, and starts office-based for the first 3 months before moving to hybrid (1–2 days WFH).

A valid UK driving licence is required. You will build client relationships, win new business, source and place engineering talent, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting within Engineering or Manufacturing markets.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and win new business.
• Track record of delivering recruitment results and managing a desk.
