Get Staff is seeking a Recruitment Account Manager to join our Engineering Perm Division from our Port Solent office. The role offers a starting basic salary of £26,500 with uncapped commission and realistic OTE up to £50,000–£60,000 per year.

You will join a small team of consultants, source candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent roles. We value money-driven, tenacious professionals with a proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong client

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, able to manage client relationships.
• Proven track record of exceeding monthly billings targets.
• Willingness to train and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Place candidates in permanent positions within the current client base.
• Develop market knowledge within the Engineering sector.
• Source candidates and match to suitable roles; manage interviews and offers.
