Roundhouse Recruitment in Bristol is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant (Engineering) to join as one of the first employees. You’ll train directly with the founder, learn recruitment fundamentals, and build a specialist desk with uncapped earning potential through commissions up to 40%.

You’ll develop relationships with engineering businesses, source and interview candidates, and progress toward leadership roles as the business grows, with structured one-to-one coaching from day one.

Roundhouse Recruitment was founded by a recruiter who achieved the highest performance records as both a consultant and a manager in his previous company's history. Now, he's building his own team and looking for ambitious individuals who want to follow a similar path.

You’ll work directly alongside the founder, receiving intensive one-to-one training in recruitment, sales psychology, negotiation and winning new business. You’ll learn the skills, techniques and processes behind building a highly profitable recruitment desk, with the guidance and support to put them into practice.
