Job summary

Fairley Gunn Group is recruiting a Project and Operations Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to support delivery across Gilligan Engineering Services and NDT Electronic Services within our Radiography Division. This is a hands on coordination role with genuine day to day autonomy.

You will maintain live project schedules, coordinate engineering availability, materials and suppliers, support customer requirements and keep work moving from order acceptance through to job closure and invoicing

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing or technical services is valuable.
• Strong project or operations coordination experience in a similar environment.

• Support customer requirements and keep work moving from order acceptance through to invoicing readiness.
• Coordinate multiple live jobs with day-to-day autonomy; identify when escalation is required.
