Job summary

Expleo UK LTD in Gaydon, Warwickshire is seeking an Engineering Delivery Coordinator / Programme Delivery Engineer on a maternity cover contract until 17 September 2027. You will ensure delivery of vehicle programmes through robust technical delivery plans and KPI monitoring.

The role requires proactive stakeholder engagement across engineering functions, and a track record of guiding projects to on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in planning, monitoring and controlling programmes.
• Experience of project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day‑to‑day engineering contact within Vehicle Groups to support successful programme delivery.
• Proactively monitor engineering programme health through agreed KPIs and drive the resolution of risks and issues.
• Maintain the overall integrity and coherence of programme engineering content.
• Manage communications and engagement with key stakeholders across the business.
• Provide regular programme progress reporting against agreed milestones.
• Support the delivery of engineering objectives to achieve programme targets for Cost, Quality, and Time.
• Escalate and coordinate the resolution of programme obstacles when required.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by the line manager in support of programme objectives.
