Job summary

Expleo Group in Gaydon, Warwickshire, is seeking an Engineering Delivery Coordinator / Programme Delivery Engineer for a maternity cover contract until September 2027. You will join the Engineering Delivery team to drive precise execution of vehicle programmes and ensure delivery against cost, quality and timing targets.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in coordinating engineering delivery and programme management is desirable.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day engineering contact within Vehicle Groups to support successful programme delivery.
• Proactively monitor engineering programme health through agreed KPIs and drive the resolution of risks and issues.
• Maintain the overall integrity and coherence of programme engineering content.
• Manage communications and engagement with key stakeholders across the business.
• Provide regular programme progress reporting against agreed milestones.
• Support the delivery of engineering objectives to achieve programme targets for Cost, Quality, and Time.
• Escalate and coordinate the resolution of programme obstacles when required.
• Undertake additional duties as directed by the line manager in support of programme objectives.
