Job summary

Richardson International is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering Services at the Crisp Malt site in Great Ryburgh. You will lead medium to large construction, plant equipment, and energy projects, from initial scope through delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets are met.

The role requires a BSc in Engineering (or equivalent), at least five years of project management experience in process/production settings, and the ability to travel to UK, Germany, and Poland.

Qualifications

• BSc in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ professional engineering project management experience.
• Projects valued £50,000 to £500,000 with strong contract understanding.
• Ability to advise on contract content and manage risk.
• Travel to CMG sites in the UK, Germany and Poland (~20%).
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outline proposals and review for strategic projects.
• Develop cost analyses, timelines and proposals for approval.
• Coordinate monthly KPI reporting and stakeholder meetings.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high safety standards.
• Lead site audits and ensure contractor compliance to standards.
