Job summary

Richardson International in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering Services to lead medium and large construction, plant equipment and energy projects across the group. You will scope, cost and deliver projects, manage changes, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while driving value and efficiency.

Key duties include developing proposals and cost analyses, creating timelines, coordinating KPIs, reporting progress, and maintaining budgets.

Qualifications

• BSc/engineering qualification and strong technical background.
• Minimum 5 years in management of detailed engineering activities including processing projects.
• Experience in contracts, cost control and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outline scope proposals and review for strategic projects.
• Develop and test outline solutions with internal customers per Change control process.
• Create project cost analyses, timelines and proposals for approvals.
• Coordinate monthly operations KPI reporting and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and proper handover to site teams.
• Lead contractor management, site audits, and cross-functional coordination.
