Key responsibilities include tendering suppliers, drafting capex proposals, and reporting progress to group functions and UK leadership. The role blends office planning with practical site activity in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multiple complex projects in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to coordinate with Site Operations, Technical, Commercial & NPD teams.
• Familiarity with contractor management and on-site safety and CDM-2015 is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage several concurrent projects across Milton Keynes and Bedford sites in line with company standards.
• Appoint suppliers through tender processes and agree contract terms.
• Collaborate with operations, technical, commercial and NPD teams to define equipment and plant design criteria.
• Oversee pre-studies, design reviews and capex proposals for major projects.
• Maintain stakeholder communications and report progress to UK leadership.
