Job summary

MERITUS is recruiting for a Project Planner for a 12-month contract on-site in Oxford. The role requires DBS and SC clearance, with expertise in Primavera P6 and a mix of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid planning approaches.

You will integrate schedules across multiple engineering projects and report progress to stakeholders in a structured governance framework. The successful candidate will maintain resourced project plans, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes and

Qualifications

Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management.
Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and planning tools supporting Agile delivery methods.
Experience operating across the full project lifecycle in engineering/manufacturing environments.
Experience developing and maintaining detailed, resourced project plans.
Strong understanding of risk management and project reporting.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain and integrate project schedules across a portfolio of engineering projects.
Work with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure activities are planned, monitored and delivered on time, on cost and to quality.
Monitor progress, identify risks and recovery actions, and provide accurate reporting to support decision-making.
