Job summary

Mansell Recruitment Group is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their projects team and support successful delivery from initial order to final handover. You will coordinate activities across the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget and compliance with specifications.

You will work closely with senior colleagues and a range of internal departments, customers and suppliers, developing your project management skills while contributing to key business

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating complex projects across design, manufacture and delivery.
• Ability to read engineering documentation and understand technical drawings.
• Strong organisational and communication skills enabling effective cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary project team to deliver projects from order through handover.
• Coordinate projects from contract award through planning, procurement, manufacture, delivery and commissioning.
• Monitor progress, costs and milestones; escalate issues to senior management as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with customers via email, calls and meetings.
• Support contract reviews and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Develop project plans using Microsoft Project with dependencies and milestones.
• Assist with budgeting, scope management and cross-functional coordination.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and change control actions.
• Prepare tender and proposal input in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Travel to customer and supplier sites in the UK and internationally as required.
