Ganymede Solutions Ltd. in Shepton Mallet is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead process-improvement initiatives within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will own projects from concept through to completion, working closely with Engineering, Operations and wider teams to deliver practical, lasting improvements that boost efficiency and reliability. You will build strong cross-functional relationships, keep stakeholders informed with clear updates and provide hands-on engineering

Qualifications

FMCG engineering experience in chilled or food production.
Customer-focused operation experience.
NVQ Level 3 Mechanical & Electrical, plus 17th Edition.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of a varied portfolio of process-improvement projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and wider teams to deliver improvements.
Investigate recurring issues and develop sustainable solutions.
Deliver changes that improve efficiency, reliability and service.
Train and support Engineering and Operational teams to embed improvements.
Provide hands-on engineering support to maintain service levels.
