Job summary

HEINEKEN UK Supply Chain in Manchester is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead CAPEX and operational improvements across brewery infrastructure. You will manage business cases, scope, budgeting, scheduling, and handover, ensuring cost, quality, safety and timelines are met.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will oversee blueprints, coordinating with design teams, contractors and suppliers while driving continuous improvement and compliance to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end CAPEX projects in FMCG/manufacturing environments.
• Ability to manage business cases, budgeting and scheduling to meet project milestones.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of new processes or equipment in brewery infrastructure.
• Oversee day-to-day management of projects from initiation to completion, including business case development, execution, commissioning and handover.
• Ensure delivery against cost, quality, safety and timeline objectives with technical oversight of blueprints and designs.
• Coordinate procurement, supply chain activities and contractor management to support project delivery.
