The JobsBoard is seeking an Engineering Project Manager for its Sittingbourne office. You will lead projects from concept through to qualification testing and customer acceptance, with hands-on design and delivery across systems.

This permanent, 37-hour week role pays £35,000-£42,000 depending on experience. Benefits include a company pension, on-site parking and sick pay. SolidWorks CAD experience and clear communication are preferred to move ideas into finished systems.

Qualifications

• Higher education qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Sound knowledge of stress analysis and mechanics of materials.
• CAD software experience; SolidWorks training is available.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Clear communication and a practical approach to problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Take engineering projects from concept through to qualification testing and customer acceptance.

Combining mechanical design with project delivery, the role offers hands-on involvement at every stage, with direct customer contact and SolidWorks training where required.
