Job summary

MERITUS is recruiting an Engineering Project Manager to lead bespoke systems integration projects for aerospace, manufacturing and related sectors. You will own projects from order through to installation, commissioning and final acceptance, coordinating internal teams and managing customer expectations.

The role involves travel across the UK and internationally, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction, budgets and milestones, and collaboration with engineering, manufacturing and sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing engineering, manufacturing or automation projects.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects.
• Good commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• Technical understanding of engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

MERITUS are recruiting for an Engineering Project Manager to join a systems integration business specialising in bespoke solutions for customers in Aerospace, Engineering, FMCG and Agriculture.

ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER - CUSTOMER FOCUSED - £55,000 PER ANNUM - SYSTEMS INTEGRATION BACKGROUND - TELFORD, SHROPSHIRE + INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL - FAST PROCESS - SECTOR: AEROSPACE / SYSTEM INTEGRATION

This is a customer-facing role focused on managing projects from order receipt through to installation, commissioning and final acceptance. Acting as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, you'll coordinate internal teams, manage customer expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.
