Job summary

MERITUS are recruiting for an Engineering Project Manager to join a systems integration business specialising in bespoke solutions for Aerospace, Engineering, FMCG and Agriculture. Based in TELFORD, SHROPSHIRE with international travel, you will manage projects from order receipt through installation and final acceptance.

You will coordinate internal teams, manage customer expectations and ensure successful delivery with strong stakeholder relationships. Travel UK and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering, manufacturing or automation projects.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects.
• Technical understanding of engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from order through to final acceptance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and Customer Support teams.
• Manage project schedules, documentation and customer review meetings.
• Monitor project delivery against agreed milestones and budgets.
• Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), installation and commissioning activities.
• Provide regular customer updates and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Travel to customer sites across the UK and internationally.
