Job summary

Clear Street is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technology initiatives supporting global growth. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Business, and Operations to drive execution, manage dependencies, and provide visibility into progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, technical project management, change management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, Business, and Operations.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects with multiple workstreams, dependencies, stakeholders, and delivery timelines.
• Strong ability to translate strategic business goals into structured execution plans, milestones, risks, and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including reporting progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to anticipate dependencies and blockers.

• Produce insights and recommendations to improve delivery processes and team efficiency.

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that support Clear Street’s global growth strategy. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Business, Operations, and senior stakeholders to drive execution across multiple teams, ensure alignment on priorities, manage dependencies, and provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes. This role requires a strong combination of project management discipline, technical fluency, business judgment, and stakeholder management. You will help teams translate strategic objectives into executable plans, remove blockers, improve delivery processes, and ensure
that critical initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex, large-scale engineering and business initiatives.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience reporting progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
