Job summary

Clear Street is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technology initiatives central to our global growth. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Business, and Operations to drive execution across teams, manage dependencies, and provide visibility into progress and risks.

You will translate strategic objectives into executable plans, remove blockers, improve delivery processes, and ensure critical initiatives are delivered

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management or related discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, Business, and Operations.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects with multiple workstreams and timelines.
• Strong ability to translate strategic goals into structured execution plans and milestones.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for dependency and risk management.
• Ability to drive clarity and accountability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proactive problem-solving and blocker removal with right stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex, large-scale engineering and business initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Business, and Operations to define deliverables, timelines, and ownership.
• Break down projects into phases, milestones, dependencies, and workstreams.
• Prioritize the program roadmap to focus on high-impact work.
• Balance speed of delivery with strategic goals, technical quality, and operational readiness.
• Identify risks and blockers early and convene stakeholders to resolve them.
• Provide transparent updates on progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Produce insights to improve delivery processes and team efficiency.
