The role requires a strong design engineering background, extensive programme management experience, and a proven track record delivering on time and to budget.

Qualifications

• Design Engineer with experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• Proven Project/Programme Management experience.
• Experience leading product development from concept to production.
• Experience implementing or managing SolidWorks PDM systems.
• Strong mechanical design understanding and processes.
• Senior leadership or management experience in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and product development programmes from concept through to production and delivery.
• Manage projects to meet schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering and design teams.
• Support SolidWorks PDM implementation, document management and data processes.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality and commercial teams.
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes, systems and development activities.
• Manage priorities, resources, risks and milestones.
• Provide senior leadership across the engineering function and contribute to strategy.
