Job summary

Hewland Engineering Ltd in Maidenhead is seeking a Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive to drive growth through strategically developed marketing plans. You will work with Business Development, Engineering and Leadership teams to generate qualified sales leads and support revenue growth across motorsport and advanced manufacturing sectors.

The role focuses on campaigns across digital, print and social channels, with responsibilities including CRM management, events, content creation

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Marketing, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum five years' marketing experience within engineering, manufacturing or technical industries
• Proven track record of generating sales leads through marketing activity
• Experience supporting business development and sales teams
• Strong digital marketing, CRM and content creation experience
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to technical and commercial audiences

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified sales leads and support business growth
• Support initial conversations with MQL to qualify into SQL
• Support qualification discussions, and introductory pitches with prospective clients where required
• Deliver targeted campaigns across digital, printed content, email and social media channels
• Build prospect databases and support outbound business development through account-based marketing and lead nurturing
• Manage the company website, social media, marketing collateral and digital content
• Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows and customer events to maximise brand exposure and lead generation
• Support CRM data maintenance, monitor campaign performance and report on pipeline and marketing ROI
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities
• Work closely with Engineering and Sales teams to translate technical capabilities into messaging
• Manage external marketing, working with retained PR and creative agencies and marketing budget
