Job description

Fed up of engineering planning being an afterthought? Here, it isn't.

You'll be the one keeping the wheels turning — making sure the right work, the right parts and the right people come together so planned maintenance actually happens on schedule, not just on paper.

You'll run the CMMS system like it's your own patch: clean data, a proper asset register, and reports that actually tell people something useful. You'll chair the weekly planning meeting, not just attend it. And when a contractor turns up on site, you'll be the one making sure their paperwork's in order before they lift a finger.

Shutdowns, spares, service contracts, KPIs — it's all yours to shape, not just administer.

What you\'ll need:
  • Solid mechanical/electrical engineering know-how — ideally from an FMCG or maintenance environment
  • Experience planning or managing engineering work, not just doing it
  • The confidence to influence people who don\'t report to you
  • Experience in root cause analysis
The details:
  • Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30. Based in Park Royal. Salary is £45,000 - £50,000
