Job summary

JLL invites applications for its Engineering Graduate Programme across EMEA. Over two years, you'll rotate through the Workplace Management Engineering team, work toward Chartered Engineer status, and gain hands-on responsibility from day one.

You'll complete a funded online Building Services Engineering or Facilities Management certification if you don't hold an accredited engineering degree, with ongoing support from JLL and university partners.

Qualifications

• Degree: predicted or achieved minimum 2:2 ideally within Engineering.
• Curious mindset with ability to learn and grow.
• Passionate, able to contribute ideas and challenge yourself.
• Interest in the property industry and shaping its future.
• Ability to connect with others and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Attend planned maintenance reviews and document actions.
• Understand engineering statutory compliance across EMEA and audit.
• Manage engineering docs such as asset registers and schedules.
• Support contract administration and review service provider performance.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports, energy analyses and presentations.
• Use engineering management systems, BMS and CAFM to analyze data.
• Build relationships across the business and with clients to drive improvement.
