Job summary

Leeds City College is seeking a Teaching Facilitator for Engineering and Manufacturing at the Printworks Campus. You will help shape the next generation of engineers by facilitating learning in classroom and workshop settings, supporting teaching staff, and guiding cohorts of learners to develop practical skills for engineering careers.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering environments and workshops.
• Commitment to developing learners and delivering quality teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, deliver and set up equipment for practical sessions and related paperwork.
• Keep workshops and equipment clean, safe and well-maintained.
• Perform routine and non-routine checks and report replacements/investigations as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management when replenishments are required.
• Ensure safe storage and correct disposal of waste and hazardous materials.
