Responsibilities

• Train and assess candidates on site at the college toward agreed qualifications
• Maintain high standards of learner work, commitment and behaviour
• Keep training workshops safe and equipment functional, performing inspections and basic maintenance
• Prepare materials and equipment for teaching staff and students in a timely, efficient manner
• Complete awarding organisation documentation accurately and on time
• Evaluate and improve the quality of learning and teaching through college programmes
• Oversee practical community or college projects to maintain high standards
