Rubix UKII seeks an experienced Engineering Workshop Manager to lead the workshop team in delivering high-quality repair and overhaul services for valves and control components. You will manage resources, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring safety standards.

You will collaborate with sales and operations to grow the business, monitor KPIs, optimize productivity, and ensure compliance with HSEQ policies.

Formación

• Experience leading engineering workshop teams.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair operations in an industrial environment.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience managing workshop performance, KPIs and financial targets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the engineering workshop team to deliver high-quality repair and overhaul services for valves, PRV's and control valves.
• Ensure full compliance with all HSEQ policies, procedures, and safety standards across workshop and onsite operations.
• Manage workshop performance to achieve P&L targets, including revenue growth and gross margin.
