Job summary

Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee operations for mission-critical facilities across multiple sites. The role focuses on governance, resilience, and delivering high safety and regulatory standards while coordinating incident response and service recovery.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, and possess IOSH Managing Safely with a track record of leading diverse engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading operations within mission-critical facilities or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of engineering governance, operational resilience, risk management and compliance.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and facilities teams across multiple sites.
• A track record of delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
• The ability to lead and coordinate incident response, business continuity and service recovery activities.

Responsibilities
