Fractile Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager for Compilers to lead a 10+ person team building the compiler stack for our AI accelerator hardware.

You will drive architectural decisions, collaborate across hardware, kernel, runtime and ML teams, and own performance outcomes from design to early silicon. You will shape IR, lowering strategies and execution models while growing a world‑class compiler group in a fast‑moving start‑up environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leadership experience managing a high‑performance development team and delivering consistently outstanding outcomes.
• Proven experience in compiler development, with experience of machine learning compilers and industry standard technologies such as MLIR or TVM being a significant advantage.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of machine learning techniques and technologies.
• A good understanding of computer architecture and performance optimisation techniques.
• Excellent C/C++ skills and solid experience of industry standard development tools and technologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead a compiler team of 10+ engineers developing the compiler stack for Fractile's AI acceleration hardware.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, driver, runtime and ML engineers across the stack to translate architecture into efficient execution.
• Define the IR design, lowering strategy, and execution model from first principles and guide early silicon work.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team, make principled architectural decisions, and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
