Qualifications

• Experience leading software development teams in fast-growing companies.
• Mentored and developed software engineers.
• Experience applying agile methodologies in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of engineers, responsible for career and personal development.
• Conduct regular catch-ups to support day-to-day engineering activities.
• Foster psychological safety, trust, accountability, and ownership within the team.
• Support product management and tech leadership in refining requirements and shaping deliverables.
• Track progress, surface risks, and drive mitigation actions; remove blockers.
• Align team efforts with broader strategic goals and plan for resources.
• Collaborate with Tech Lead and Product Manager to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Work with other engineering leaders to improve processes, code quality, and documentation.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new teammates.
