Decarbonisation / Energy Efficiency - Building Services

London

Circular Resourcing is recruiting an Engineering Manager (Mechanically Biased) for a well-established consulting and engineering business in the Building Services sector.

The client offers decarbonisation and energy efficiency services within building services / commercial real estate sectors. The role involves leading a technical engineering team and collaborating with the Commercial Director to develop solutions to increase market share.

Location: Great central London location, hybrid working options.

Salary: Open to realistic expectations to attract the right candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage a team of M&E Design Engineers and supervise their project activities.
• Liaise with client stakeholders to develop bespoke solutions.
• Develop client proposals with the Commercial Manager and Engineering Director.
• Create project, resource, and budget plans with the PMO team.
• Prioritise projects and resources to meet deadlines.
• Conduct detailed building surveys to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare energy audit/review reports and recommendations.
• Perform building analysis using simulation software.
• Prepare GHG emissions reports.
• Conduct feasibility studies for renewable power and heat generation.
• Create financial models for building services upgrade projects.
• Oversee building services upgrade and refurbishment projects with the PMO team.
• Deliver ESOS assessments (training provided).
• Conduct Non-Domestic EPCs up to Level 5 (training provided).
