Job summary

TDA Group in London is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead day-to-day engineering operations and maintenance, ensuring service delivery and compliance with high standards. You will oversee M&E systems, manage budgeting, and supervise a team of engineers.

The role requires strong technical and people-management skills, with on-call responsibilities and a focus on safety and compliance. Central London location with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' technical engineering experience in building services.
• SMSTS certification and Black Card required.
• Strong technical, people management, and financial control skills.
• Knowledge of UPS, generators, and switching systems.
• Experience with CMMS, reporting and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planned and reactive electrical/mechanical maintenance and repairs.
• Manage site works, reporting, and on-call emergencies on a rota.
• Coordinate compliance with statutory requirements and HSE policies.
• Control project costing and oversee subcontractor works.
• Ensure safe working practices and accurate reporting.
