Job summary

TDA Group in London is seeking a high-calibre Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations and maintenance, ensuring business continuity and service delivery. The role requires strong technical, people management, IT, and financial control skills.

The position oversees electrical and mechanical maintenance, subcontractor coordination, and adherence to HSE policies, with a focus on safe and efficient building services operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a technical role within a building services environment.
• Demonstrable experience and competence in managing site M&E Operations.
• Understanding of UPS, Generators, and Switching Systems.
• Familiarity with Statutory & HSE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planned and reactive electrical/mechanical maintenance and asset repairs, ensuring timely completion via CMMS and maintaining compliance.
• Administer and quote for additional works, manage project costing, and oversee specialist subcontractors; operate permit-to-work systems.
• Possess full operational knowledge of site plant/services, including start-up, shutdown, fault finding, isolation procedures, and coordinating building shutdowns.

Education

BTEC/HND/HNC/ONC/Degree in an electrical discipline

Electrical Apprenticeship / City & Guilds (236, 2360, 2367, 2330, 2357, NVQ Diploma)
