Flow Traders in London is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Product Development teams, shaping roadmaps and delivering software that aligns with company goals. You will spend your time growing engineers, coaching performance, and driving outcomes across cross-functional partners such as Trading and Quant.

You will recruit, develop, and manage engineers, ensuring predictable delivery while maintaining a healthy culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing software engineering teams.
• Strong project management and delivery planning skills.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and promote engineers.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Based in London or willing to relocate to London.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap: manage priorities and sequencing of work in line with company goals.
• Develop your engineers: career planning, promotions, coaching, and performance management.
• Plan and build the team: hiring, headcount planning, and resource allocation.
