Intermedia is seeking a Manager, Software Development to lead a team of engineers responsible for building scalable services and insights. You will set priorities, drive delivery, and partner with Product, AI/ML, Data, and DevOps to translate strategy into actionable plans.

This role balances hands-on leadership with people development, promotes secure, reliable software, and requires experience guiding teams through agile processes while navigating a rapidly evolving AI environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of software development and leadership experience
• Experience leading engineering teams
• Strong backend, APIs, distributed systems, cloud architectures
• Experience with full lifecycle delivery and collaboration with product
